Web Analytics - Planning and process: In running an online business or using the internet to market an offline business, you’ll find that there is much planning that requires process and much process that requires planning.
For example, to understand what market you should enter, you need to research and do certain things in a particular way. That research demands a process.
Planning works something like this:
The illustration above shows there is no implementation without planning or re planning and everything gets tested. Then constantly analyze the whole process.
And Process is simply doing predetermined tasks in a logical order – until completion. To run your internet business successfully you need to understand the processes that make up HOW your business runs.

When you know each process, you should closely analyze it so you can keep improving every aspect of your business. The right processes are the foundation of your internet business.
Often, the difference between success and failure is the process you choose to follow. Without a clear path for your business, you will not be as profitable as you can be.
You can manually plan and conduct planning and process analysis. It takes a lot of time.
